Behind the EmigraSON project is a group of young people who left Galicia for work, but who, due to their passion for Galician music, came together to carry out the festival.
Karan, María, Mateo, Gara, Ángel, Claudia, David, Cristina, Alejandro and Miguel are ten friends who seek to bring Galicia closer to their city and create a meeting place for Galician youth abroad.
They carried out the festival in a self-managed and non-profit manner, constituting the EmigraSON Cultural Association.
For the third edition, EmigraSON obtained support from the Xunta de Galicia, Deleite, Pontevedra Provincial Council, Galicia Europa Foundation, the Embassy of Spain and MEPs Nicolás González Casares, Ana Miranda and Francisco Millán Mon.
